(increased fees will apply for larger homes inspected)

Zone 2: $695-00 Pre Purchase Building Inspections at the Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Camden, the Blue Mountains & Katoomba

NOTE: All Pre Purchase Building Inspection Reports will be accompanied with an Inspection Agreement and Fee Agreement as required under the current Australian Standards: AS4349.1-2007

NEW CONSTRUCTION FRAME AND FINAL HAND OVER INSPECTIONS: $595-00

SWIMMING POOL INSPECTIONS: $595-00. At a swimming pool inspection we inspect the pools safety, asthetic application, pool fence compliance, house compliance, pool perimeters and surrounds, pool filter and its operation, solar heater operation, solar panels on single story roof areas and in general the overall condition of the pool area. (It is not a structural inspection for the pools structural integrity as a Structural Engineer will be required to give this inspection and advise if required.)

Please Note:

Owner Builder construction inspections will incur an additional $100-00 fee due to the nature and time involved in solving problems associated with owner builder construction.

• Additional charges of $100.00 for homes over 35 squares and with Granny Flats.

Additional charge will apply for larger homes on properties over $1million, this may not apply to acreage properties depending on the size of the dwelling to inspect, the additional fee starts from $150-00.

For pre purchase building inspections on properties over $2million the fee starts from $750-00 and can go up to $1,995-00 which involves compliance of construction, photographic evidence of our findings and a full comprehensive pre-purchase building report so the purchaser is able to form a view of what it is they are buying. Our inspections can take up to 4 to 6 hours to inspect and prepare documentation.

A $150-00 cancellation fee, (each, if ordering pest and building together) will apply on all jobs booked within the above zones and then cancelled within 24 hours, this fee covers our time for the arrangement of site access and for paperwork in preparation of the intended inspection. A higher fee will apply for other areas out of the above zones! (If the inspection is cancelled within 2 hours of the intended inspection time then the full cost will apply)
