Please Note:

Any inspection that is of Owner Builder construction will incur an additional $50-00 fee each, due to the nature and time involved in solving problems associated with owner builder's and owner builder construction.

Please Note:

Additional charges of $50.00 each for homes inspected over 30 squares and for homes with Granny Flats.

Additional charge of $150-00 each will apply for properties over $1million, this may not apply to acreage properties depending on the size of the dwelling to inspect

A $60-00 cancellation fee will apply on all jobs booked within the above zones and then cancelled within 24 hours, this fee covers our time for the arrangement of site access and for paperwork in preparation of the intended inspection. A higher fee will apply for other areas out of the above zones!
