- Pre Purchase Pest Inspection Reports from $295-00 (increased fees will apply for larger homes)
- New Construction Frame and Final Inspection Reports $595.00 Each
- Special Purpose Property Inspection Reports $595-00
- Home Warranty Inspection Reports $595-00
- Swimming Pool Inspection Reports $595-00
- Swimming Pool Fencing Safety Inspection (Including Safety Certificate) $295-00
- Mould Inspection $595-00
- Asbestos Inspection Reports $595-00
- Expert Witness Reports from $220-00 per hour
H&K Ryan carry out inspections all over Sydney including Blacktown, Quakers Hill, Hills areas, Stanhope Gardens, MT Druitt, Glenwood, Rooty Hill, Richmond, Parramatta, Holroyd, Fairfield, Penrith, Hornsby, Northern Beaches to Sutherland areas.
Additional costs will apply for inspections outside of Sydney due to travel time. This includes areas such as: Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Camden and the Blue Mountains.
It is good to give us about 2 days notice under normal conditions.
